We are happy to report that our public COMAND-ICH questionnaire has been launched and is accessible through our website. By mapping practices in patients requiring emergency surgery for spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage associated with antithrombotic medication, we aim to inform an international Delphi consensus to develop standardized coagulation magament guidelines.
